Amazing
As a web developer, I find myself under a lot of stress; Since I've listened to the CD, relieving that stress has been as easy as pushing play.
Michael has infused his teachings with traditional chants and an emphasis on pauses. His lessons are superimposed with the chants, reminiscent of something I'd hear from a Timothy Leary cd. In short, I find it amazing, and not just because of a simple bias: I'm his son.
